Weekly Workout Structure

Each session is around 45–60 minutes, focusing on strength, endurance, and functional fitness.

Week 1-4: Building the Foundation

  •  Strength & Power Core Development 
  • Conditioning, Stamina & Agility
  • Functional Mobility

Week 5-8: Strength & Performance Boost

  • Increased intensity by adding weight, reducing rest times, and incorporating explosive movements.
  • Higher reps on functional movements.
  • More advanced core work (hanging leg raises, ab rollouts).
  • Finishers get more intense (sled sprints, battle rope challenges).
