Quaterback Training

Quarterback Training at TPL Sports Performance

At TPL Sports Performance, our Quarterback Training Program is built to develop complete quarterbacks — mentally, mechanically, and physically.

Led by Coach Sammy Edwards (former Valdosta State All-American QB, New York Giants Rookie Mini-Camp invitee, and collegiate coach at Western Kentucky), our QB program goes far beyond throwing routes. We focus on building confident leaders who understand the game, move efficiently, and perform under pressure.

Whether your athlete is just starting out or preparing for the next level, our training is designed to improve:

✔ Throwing mechanics & footwork
✔ Quarterback-specific strength & movement
✔ Football IQ + board work (coverage recognition, reads, decision-making)
✔ Pocket presence, timing, and game-speed execution
✔ Confidence, leadership, and on-field composure

Athletes train in a high-performance environment that blends technical QB instruction with TPL’s proven speed, strength, and athletic development systems — creating quarterbacks who are powerful, mobile, and mentally sharp.
