TPL is proud to offer a specialized training program for homeschool athletes ages 6–17. Designed to fit flexible daytime schedules, this program delivers structured, high-quality athletic development in a supportive, motivating environment.

Youth Athletes (GRADES 1-7)

Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Focus:

  • Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Games
  • Speed & Agility Drills
  • Strength Fundamentals (Bodyweight, Bands, Core)
  • Coordination & Balance Challenges
  • Sport-Specific Fun (Relay Races, Reaction Games, Mini-Competitions)
  • Cool Down & Team Huddle


High School Athletes (GRADES 8-12)

Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Focus:

  • Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility
  • Speed & Explosiveness Training
  • Strength Development (Weight Training, Plyos)
  • Position-Specific Skill Work
  • Conditioning Finishers & Mental Toughness Drills
  • Cool Down & Film/Strategy Chat (optional)



💰 TPL Homeschool Athlete Training Tuition (4 Days/Week)

🧒 Youth Athletes (Ages 6–12)

  • Monthly Tuition: $425
  • Per Week (if offered as a weekly pass): $140
  • Drop-In Rate: $40 per day (as needed)

🧑🎓 High School Athletes (Ages 13–17)

  • Monthly Tuition: $475. 
  • Per Week (if offered as a weekly pass): $145
  • Drop-In Rate: $45 per day (as needed)
