💪 6-WEEK BUILD PROGRAM: PROCESS ROADMAP
1️⃣ Program Framework
Goal: Increase lean muscle mass, strength, and performance
Duration: 6 weeks
Sessions Schedule: 4x per week : Schedule TBA
Format: Small-group strength training (athlete-focused)
Ideal Audience: 8th grade, High school, college, and serious adult athletes aiming to gain size and power (we will accept younger middle school athletes with approval)
2️⃣ Program Inclusions
- ✅ 4x/week Strength Training Sessions — progressive overload structure, compound lifts, hypertrophy focus
- ✅ Before & After 3D Body Scans — baseline + final results (use InBody or similar)
- ✅ Comprehensive Meal Plan and tracking sheet — designed for bulk and energy
- ✅ Free Recovery Access — cold plunge, leg compression, or PT station use once per week
- ✅ Progress Tracking Tools — weekly weight log, performance check-ins, visual progress photos
