Friday Night Lights at The Athlete Sanctuary is a high-energy showcase training led by the DB Doctor — built for athletes who want real technique, real coaching, and real results.

Athletes will be coached through defensive back fundamentals, movement efficiency, ball skills, and competitive drills while being taught the same details used to prepare serious players for the next level.
